How to install QuickBooks Mac Desktop
Step 1: First of all, you have to download the QuickBooks Software from Intuit website and then go to the QuickBooks Support Site and select your Mac version.
Note: During Installation, if you get difficulty then clear the browser’s cache memory and cookies.
Step 2: Visit Location where QuickBooks software was saved
Then double-click on QB executable file to run the installation process.
Step 3: click Yes to All “If update my data to a new version of QuickBooks Desktop &
prompted to overwrite the existing extracted files.”
Step 4: Now click to start the installation. Read the Software License Agreement. If Agree Accept Term & click Next.
Step 5: Select Installation type if the previous version exists then replace with a new one.
Step 6: Choose Custom and Network Options if utilizing multiple versions of QuickBooks Desktop on the Desktop
Step 7: After that, Select where you will be using QuickBooks.
Step 8: Then click Install to continue now QuickBooks processes start running & during installation the installer may request you to restart your Mac. After complete installation, Activate QuickBooks and you’re all set.
How to set up QuickBooks Mac Desktop
Step 1: First of all, open the multi-user folder.
Step 2: Drag the QuickBooks server icon to the application folder.
Step 3: Click Modify application folder and Enter the Admin username and password & click OK.
Step 4: After that, launch the QuickBooks and then open your company file. After that, go to the file and select enable multi-user mode to share your company file.
